Whether it's Yoga, Pilates or one of our many special seminars (holistic nutrition, preventing low back pain, etc.), our spacious group class area is the perfect spot to stretch out and stay fit.
All of our instructors are fully certified, and we even organize "walking groups" for women who want to enjoy the fresh air among friends!
