Personal Fitness Instruction

Anyone who's ever worked out or tried a diet or fitness program knows how important is to have constant encouragement and reinforcement. But let's face it, not everyone can afford to pay to meet with a personal trainer three times a week!

At ShapeXpress, we include personal fitness training with every membership. First, we'll develop a workout plan based on your personal fitness goals. We'll show you how to use all of our equipment, and we'll ensure that you continue to use it correctly and efficiently every time you visit. Instruct in stretching techniques, and we'll monitor your heart rate to ensure that you're reaching the levels necessary to produce the results you want. We'll provide you with the constant encouragement and coaching that is so essential to achieve fast and enduring success.

And, of course, we'll monitor your daily progress toward your personal fitness and/or weight loss goals.
